I am seeing that the side forms are not populating on the leadsheet. 
Can you please check out why this is happening?
Also, there are instances when I try to add an email, it tells me that it is invalid. 
testing@hectormed.com or similar do not work for some reason. Not sure if this may cause problems with people trying to leave similar emails.

Can you do me a favor and confirm with Chris if we need to connect their Hubspot forms with the lead sheet?

For emails. It seems the Hubspot system considered your emails as spam. Try using your own personal emails or emails that don't have "test" in them.

I am seeing that this was happening mostly with Dermal Fillers leads. Thing is Chris and I were discussing issues with conversion tracking not working on Dermal fillers. Do you think this may have been why?
