As per our email conversation, I am creating this task on the updated Marketing budgets for this client.
Here are Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris instructions and suggestions, questions. 


Can you figure out the best way to set up targeting. You are a dallas expert
We bumped up the spend. Is there anyway you can start to build out the ad 
account prior to the website being live. We want to push this live ASAP
and the site should be launched next week. The Southlake we can build out now
but do not need to launch until 60 or so days from now. Addison and Dallas can be launched
once you are ready.
