Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac I just tested the form and popup for https://vmedspatx.com/morpheus-8-addison/ and neither of them made it to the lead sheet. Plus, I didn't get an email. Can you please look into this?

Can you please share the test data you used while testing the form and I will check?

For the email. We don't have their forms connected with GHL. Their other marketing company has the forms connected to their Hubspot account and I think they only have an automated text setup.

I'm seeing the test lead you submitted on popup in the leadsheet.

For the other test lead that you submitted through the static form. It didn't came in the leadsheet because it got merged with an existing contact.

It seems you did a test submission using that same email address on July 20th twice.
