Thank you Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  I'll work on this. As far as weighting, do you know if NEO is twice as valuable as Botox, or 3x as valuable as Laser Facials? I'm just trying to figure out what kind of scale I should devise.

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane - The most valuable ones are the "1" as the top of the image shows. 3 being the least valuable. Now keep in mind that some mid value services like semaglutide or botox may lead to higher ticket sales later. I am not sure exactly how to balance the weight but here is an avg ticket price of each service. 

Emsculpt / CoolSculpting Avg value $3500
Semaglutide / Botox / Filler $2000
Laser Facials $500

Shane, according to the scale - Laser Facial is rated 3. 
Coolsculpting is rated 1.
That means that laser Facial is higher since 1 is being lowest, 3 being highest.

Laser Facial is the baseline of 1, 1 = $500
Since SG, Botox, and Filler are worth $2000, that's a 4.  $500x4 = $2000
Emsculpt, CS are worth $3500, so that's 7. $500x7 = $3500

My scale for this project, instead of 1,2,3, would be 1, 4, 7.  Does that make sense?
