Hi Nolie - I think what Alyssa meant is to setup a new Houston location page for all the 8 services that you see in the menu.

For eg. Currently we have Coolsculpting for Dallas, addison etc. We also need to setup a new one for Houston location.

For the forms. I will contact the client. They will provide them from their end.

Nolie please add these to the menu, then, tag Elizabeth to test the gravity forms once you have embedded code.

Elizabeth once Nolie confirms, please test the gravity forms are connected to the lead sheet. You will want to set the forms to 'inactive' to not spam the client's inbox with tests, since there are 8 pages total to test. Please remember to turn them back to 'active' after. Let me know if you need a reminder on where to do that. This client is not using GHL so no need to check there.

Alyssa Nolie  - I'm preparing to test all of the forms/pop-ups created for Houston and I don't see any of them listed in the forms section as I am trying to set them as inactive before testing. Can either of you assist? 

Elizabeth my bad, I think because of how these forms are set up, we won't be able to set them as inactive. They are coded. I wasn't thinking clearly when I asked. Sorry about that! 
 
I'll let the client know that we are testing the forms since I already have email correspondence with them.

Brittany - Yes. It's due one of the other workflow set up by client in their Hubspot account. The forms on this specific website is connected to the form through a workflow in client's own Hubspot account and not our Zapier account.

I am still working on it but will need some more time because I will need to first review all of their workflows to make sure the updates don't interfere with any of the steps they have set up in there.

Will keep you both posted.

Brittany Alyssa Elizabeth - Just came here to give you an update. It's due a form in the client's Hubspot account created by someone that client is also not aware of. It's also messing their reports. They are currently working on it. Once they disable this form it will automatically fix the duplicate issues in sheet.

Brittany - It doesn't seems to be still fixed because I am still seeing the duplicate leads but unfortunately we can't do anything about this because this is something on the client's end.

For the leadsheet. Since client is not using it and it's just for our record purposes. We can always use the remove duplicates function in the sheet and it will give us the correct data.
