It says "Cosmetic Medical Spa Dallas"
Any reason why that is?

If am not mistaken, that wording is only visible on the back end.. or to those that log into the site directly. In any event, Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac can you please update it?

"Cosmetic Medical Spa Dallas | Plano | Vitalyc MedSpa".

Do I need to move the "Vitalayc Medspa" at the beginning of the title?

Yes, the Vitalyc Med Spa should be a the beginning.

Because I updated the home page and it is now reading "Vitalyc Med Spa | Transform & Sculpt Your Body | Beauty & Wellness"

On the website, now that we have a separate SEO title added on the homepage that overwrites it. YES. It will appear only to those who are logged in but it also may appear in the search results as it's defined as the sitename.
