Nicol - This client has separate service pages for each of their location. The phone number that you shared only redirects to their office phone number in Closter location. Do we need to purchase a new GHL tracking phone number that forwards to their office in wyckoff location and add this phone number on the Wyckoff location pages?

Including Alyssa here so she is also aware in case we need to update the phone numbers in the website content.

Alyssa recently informed me that I cannot task putting the floating number on each page, only campaign pages (is there any way to shift on this policy, Alyssa? I want more sales and leads for our clients in the slow season and this is a way to squeeze more out of the same orange).

Do you have any idea why we do not have a GHL level account of wyckoff? Is this a Vania  and an upsell question?

Isaac yes, please get a twilio number for Wycoff in GHL. Once we have that, will you please implement the floating number on the appropriate pages for each location? Some would have 2 floating numbers since both locations are mentioned on individual pages. I'll follow up with which pages are for which number(s) pending Nicol's reply. I can take care of the mentions in the body of the text. I'll update Shane as well so he knows.

we can add a floating number on each page but we want to be sure it doesn't conflict with anything in tracking the ads or take a long time for web development. Every page would have to be coded individually if we use the office number on non-ads service pages and GHL tracking # on ads landing pages. 

I would suggest we place a floating mobile number as the GHL tracking # vs the office number on non-ads pages in order to track the calls and for reducing time for development. We would need to inform the client of this first though. GHL tracking #s fwd to the office number. 
 

They were having all calls fwd to the Closter location, there was not a second number when they were onboarded. We can use the same GHL account, but Isaac will create a new tracking number in the settings for Wycoff. I think it got lost in translation/transition somewhere that the numbers separated. I'll help get this corrected/implemented asap for all ads-related pages. Once Isaac creates the new # and I get it implemented on the pages, I'll tag you at the time I tag Shane so you know everything has been handled and updated.

Nicol , we added the floating number to every page per your request to change the typical policy of only adding it to ads landing pages. I instructed Isaac to add based on location with the GHL tracking #s I gave you above. This was based on my recommendation to be able to help track those calls in GHL. When you replied to my response, I took your 'thank you' as an 'ok' to proceed with that. 

Please let me know if I misunderstood or if something different needs to happen. Otherwise, can you please inform the client of why we placed those numbers, as an extra measure to capture leads during slow times? Those numbers do forward to their office numbers and they will be able to track them in the GHL app.

Thanks for confirming Nicol , sorry I wasn't clear. Sometimes I overly explained but missed being clear that it is possible. Everything has already been done as directed. Just let the client know about the change when you see fit.
