I am seeing a lot of leads for this client on the leadsheet; about 4 per day. 
However, they are showing no conversions in almost 2 weeks on Google ads. Can you please check to see what is going on with that?

They just changed their URL on 8/8, I'm going to guess they broke conversion tracking as a part of that.

I can't find anything wrong with conversion tracking on the account. I tested everything. But if you look at the data from 8/8 through yesterday, conversion are down 73% versus the same period of time prior. Something is wrong with the new page. 

I'm not seeing a phone number on the mobile version, which is a problem.

Shane Quast, Medstar Shane - can tags conflict. They do not have optinmonster on their site but there is a tag on the site. What are your thoughts on us creating goals in analytics and importing them into conversion tracking but not counting them as a conversion but having something we can cross reference against so if something is wrong with GTM or Analytics we can identity the problem.

We can turn off the optinmonster code if they aren't using it. Codes CAN conflict, but I'm not sure that is the issue here. 

I'm not sure what you mean about GTM or analytics. As a rule, it would be good to set up GA4 events for conversions, but if the client removes GTM from their site (which they often do) both platforms would break.
