No worries, it happens to all of us. 
FYI, you can simply move the tasks from one BC3 folder or client to the next. It is easier to move them and causes less confusion. Just let the people tagged that you moved it. 
1. Go to the top of the task and click on the 3 dots. 
2. Click on MOVE
3. Select the folder or client you want the task moved to. *** Make sure you pick MOVE and not COPY **
