Good Day Team Isaac ,

This client, Wellnessessity, is complaining about low leads however, the ads accounts show almost double the leads from last month (see below). This cannot be right. His lead sheet shows only 50 Emsculpt neo leads in the same time frame (May 29 - June 27, 2023). His app shows 41 Neo leads in the same time frame. 

Can you please check tagging on his Medstar App account and, check the reporting? Either Google and Facebook are over-reporting or, he is not getting all of the leads he is paying for. 

I have already checked both locations (closter and wyckoff) pop up and gravity form, and have deleted myself.  They worked for me.

If you can please check this. If you find nothing to fix, I will escalate to Shane. He is currently out of the office.
