We received 3 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead, however we only received 1 phone call from you. A direct call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week. 
 
The salesperson that answered our call was friendly, professional, and knowlegable. He answered all of the caller's questions expertly, shared personal experience, and built excitement around the treatment. Great job!

Please note that during text engagement we were given a price of $3400 for 4 sessions but with the summer promotion the cost is $2400. However during our recorded call we were told that the standard cost of 4 sessions is $2400 but with the summer promotion the cost is $2000. It is important that everyone who is answering pricing questions are providing consistent and accurate answers.

We recommend that you schedule a Front Desk Training so we can help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct call. It will help the overall customer acquisition of your business!
