✔ Slow load for Mobile site

Wellnessessity has very slow load speeds for their mobile. I tested several pages but below are the results for some of the worst.  Please let me know if the fix would require extensive work on web dev's part.

Here is where I have asked Zaib to go through the media files.

I think we may have removed a plugin or this was not added to our audit/trello/checklists before this site was completed. Resizing the images should help.
