✔ UTMs not showing on leadsheet

I was checking this client's leadsheet and I am not seeing any of the leads with the Google ads or META UTMS on the URLs showing up.
Funny thing is that they were showing way back last year.
Please look into this for us to see what you can find out.

I don't think I am manually passing UTMs on Google Ads clicks for any account. Should I be? If so, what utms?

GCLID is added to URLs automatically. I can't really turn it on or off. Are we sure the form is capturing this correctly?

They were showing at the beginning of the leadsheet set up. But now they are not.

I know that the we have the ads running to the new site. However, I meant to say was that while they were going to the gosite, the GLIDs were appearing on the leadsheet. 
Now, we have no idea where the leads are coming from; whether they are from the ads or organic. At least when it comes to the leadsheet.

Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac  - can you please test everything and ask WPENGINE if they can allow UTM's. How is the speed? We need to do everything we can

Ivonne Ackerman, Medstar Ivonne - Yes. I have already created a ticket with the WPengine team and shared all the required details in a sheet they needed to make this change. Since the no. of websites are too many they said they will need some time to make this change on all of them.

The speed is good it's just the cache that was interfering with the utm and gclid on some of the websites hosted with them.
