Did you ever find anything out with this client?
I am still seeing them at the top for highest cost per lead in both last 14 days and 7 days. 

MS | search | emsculpt neo | closter  - Last 14 days = $506.13

MS | search | emsculpt neo | wyckoff - Last 14 days = $285.89

On individual campaigns, the cost has dropped the last 7 days though so I am wondering if you fixed the issue?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  I have checked everything on this account forward and backward and then around again. I can't find anything, anywhere wrong with the setup or tracking. The only thing that could possibly be an issue is that the phone number looks weird on the mobile version of the landing page, which might be causing people not to see it. Beyond that, I can't figure anything else out.

If you checked and did not find anything wrong then I do not know what else we can do. I will let Chris know about this and update the problematic sheet with your findings. 
I am seeing an improvement the last 7 days on the MS | search | emsculpt neo | wyckoff campaigns. 
Cost per has dropped to $109.99
