Hello Craig, Westport Medispa Team,

How are you?

In case you are not aware, Google ads is now requiring that all accounts serving ads in the US are verified. This includes providing documentation which demonstrates that the business is eligible to run ads in the USA. 

The verification is for your Google ads account - Westport Medispa 303-900-8614. The verification process needs to be finished by September 13th. Otherwise your ads will be paused and the account could be suspended indefinitely. 

The good news is that I have already begun the first part of the verification process for you. I have now verified the business part of the organization. However, we still need to verify your organization.  

You will need to provide Google Ads with ONE of the following documents:

An ID to verify it’s really you 

  • Driver's License - Front & Back - High Resolution ** (See sample below)
  • State ID
  • U.S. Passport or Passport Card
  • Green Card
You can add the requested documents yourself or I can take care of the entire process for you. Please send the ID over and I will complete this for you. If you need assistance with this process, then we can set up a Zoom meeting with me so we can help you take care of it.

Thanks for sending over the passport ID. However, as I mentioned in my previous email, Google ads requires 
that all 4 corners of the ID provided are showing. I will also need your address. *(See screenshot below)

Once you send that over, I can go ahead and take care of this for you.

Time is running out and we only have about 3 days left to complete this process. 

After that, your ads will be paused and your account restricted.

No worries, I know you are super busy and things can fall through the cracks. 
Having said that, I have submitted your ID for verification. We should know in a day or two. 

I believe that it should be verified shortly though since the ID was perfect and it was the only thing needed. 
I will let you know as soon as I hear back from them.
