I am creating this task so that we can keep information about these file transfers in one place, as opposed to separate email chains.


We will receive files from Advance Leads for the following websites:
https://willow-aesthetics.com/ and https://www.willow-chill.com/
These are WordPress sites.
We will manage them and do web dev work on them from here on out.

ASSETS -
I have requested
-owner-level access for their hosting account with Bluehost for support@medstarmedia.com
-delegated access for both, Google purchased, domains to support@medstarmedia.com

Advance Leads -
Who will be sending the files has let me know that they own every part of the site, and that nothing will be omitted as proprietary informaiton owned by AL

What are NEXT STEPS? I have consulted Isaac Klausnser, Medstar Isaac and Vania J, Medstar Vania .  It seems as soon as we have these assets we can be good to go.

We also have DNS delegated access to both domains.

Would I just make sure you get the files when they are delivered so you can make the transfer? Do you need anything else?

Both of these domains are pointed to Cloudflare so the Google domains account is of no use. Please ask the client to provide us access to their Cloudflare account.

Team, to follow up we HAVE the files and the WP login as requested.  Advance Leads will keep the site published on their end until the end of September so we have until then to get everything ready to go live. 

as a reminder, we have delegated access to both google domains, we have bluehost access from the client's own login credentials. 

Bluehost - client's login. Once we are done here, we can give support@medstarmedia.com access to the two sites as member or user. I'll the let the client know he can change his password

We are waiting on this cloudflare issue and what will ultimately be done there. to paraphrase, they want us to create a cloudflare account for the client, we want them to transfer dns records either back to the google domains or to download them

I know we're waiting on forms directive and security.
Is there anything else pending before I let Advance Leads know that we are live on our end?

Do we have the necessary user access on bluehost for the domains? 
Can the client change his Bluehost login credentials now?

Chris asks that you keep an eye on their bluehost for any issues and if we do have security issues, we will charge them for work done, as it comes up.
