I personally haven't had to do this before but I know Vania J, Medstar Vania has. She may be more help in the situation then I would be.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol - I have shared the video with the client so they can do this integration on their own end. I discussed this with Chris and he confirmed we can send our clients a video on how to do the integration on their own end so we don't have to go back and forth with the client on asking for the credentials backup code and verification codes.
