Went ahead and searched the web for client's {Willow Aesthetics - www.willow-chill.com} GMB page for the {} site. Found it listed under name {Willow Aesthetics} for the -  604 N Main St, Boerne, TX 78006 - location with phone number - 210) 267-8882. Used our Support account to send a backdoor request. Sent a backdoor request and updated task to wait for GMB linking confirmation from client.

Followed up on Google My Business Back door request sent to client { Willow Aesthetics - www.willow-chill.com} for their GMB {CHILL At Willow}.- for their 16535 Huebner Rd #108, San Antonio, TX 78248 location. Found that access was already accepted. Updated the client’s spreadsheet and task so team can begin working on GMB if needed.

That is another GMB this client seems to have. It is for another website

Interesting thing; while I was searching for more, I found another one under the
"Chill at willow" name.

This is not the one we have access to. 

So I guess they have 2 different GMBs for each location?

I have requested that Megan give us access to the one we are missing (to support@medstarmedia.com) but she has yet to confirm she has access herself. 

I am waiting on her response as I just sent her QR codes for the front desk to approve this morning. If she wants GMB reviews for other GBP, she'll need to respond.
