Willow Aesthetics sent me the screenshot below showing their ads are paused. I found that their account is showing a "paused ad groups" banner when I go into a campaign. When I clicked "view paused ad groups" I got the blank folder.
Can you please look into this?

This client may need to clear their browsing history, cache and cookies.
Tell them to try browsing in incognito as well.
