We input a lead, commenced with text engagement & called the front desk inquiring about CoolSculpting Elite. 

Here is the recorded call: 

We received 3 texts and a welcome email from you after we input the lead, however we only received 1 call from you. A direct call is the best way to ensure that the lead is converted into a potential patient. We would love to help set up a plan for you to be contacting leads 3x in the first week with a direct phone call. 
 
The initial salesperson that answered our call put us on hold after we requested information on Coolsculpting Elite. She then transferred our call to another employee named Heather. Heather was knowledgeable, professional, and answered pricing questions in a recommended way. 

It is vital that anyone that answers the phone in your office knows all about the treatments you offer. If they have to rely on a third party, it requires them to put the caller on hold, which is not the ideal experience. This can lead to the caller looking elsewhere for service.

Nicol Razon, Medstar Nicol I believe that was the first call the other note is a text? The voicemail is set up on the 8x8 app that they called, but I gave them credit as per the note. What do you believe the 2nd call date would be? I’ll double check again on my end
