I meant to suggest to you that please use forward slashes when imputing the dates on the sheet or here.
When you use 01/19/21 format, I can easily edit the date, add multiple ones on the same column. Not so when they are separated by dots. 01.19.21 = Excell won't read that.

If you hover over the date with your mouse in fwd slashes format 01/19/21
the calendar will show up.
You can then edit the date, month, and everything from there. It's a super cool feature. Same on Google docs, and Word.

Did you guys inform Chris about this? There are some cases, he likes to send the reports to the client directly.
This happens if he is having a call with them which he uses the SShop as emphasis.
Please find out first or allow me to do so before sending it out.
Lastly, CC him and Whitney as well on all Secret shops reports you send out.
