Yes Vania  I have received 2 texts, one automated, one personal. Also received one phone call and voicemail. 

Also, Isaac  I too tried again and I still get nothing.

Alyssa  thanks for confirming that for me.. I thought it may have been something on my end. 
Isaac, something is wrong here.. please see if you can find out what it is. 

I found an issue with one of the emails for this client that is tied to the notifications and I sent him an test email.
He is complaining about lack of leads, ROI....
I was going to secret shop them and I then I remembered this task.

We need to find out what is going on with the side form before we lose this client. 
I will check GTM firing tomorrow and all other conversion tracking to make sure it is working.

She didn't seem familiar with the process at all. She said she was El Paso office and they don't do CoolSculpting.

Hector no format is not changing. Sorry to not loop you in. In this case Chris asked me to send it because we are having issues with this client and I already knew the whole backstory so I could phrase the report and summary a certain way.
BUT yes. Report sent. Please close the task, Captain! lol
