Here are the Dello Russo FAQ's script. They contain both long and short answers to questions.

I am such a dick, I sent you the wrong document and then totally confused myself. Here is the correct document. Will you add any of your FAQ's that are not in this document to the document? Also include your text versions. You can upload doc to google and share it. Thanks hector, and sorry for being dumb
My only concern is that this document you just sent me is in a formatted version and has tables. I do not want to add them in the wrong place or mess up your tables.
Would the questions go after = DELLO RUSSO FRONT DESK BEST PRACTICES | MEDSTAR MEDIA (page 10)?
I would need to add additional tables that follow your format and insert them accordingly.
I know you are a stickler for perfection - as am I - which is why I am asking.
I also corrected some of the fonts as this had several different font versions in the questions. Only used Arial for those questions.
