I am doing that. Last week's report is ready for you and Shane at = CZ/SQDM - Managed Accounts spreadsheet. I believe what Whitney meant was for me to post any major findings here. Such as what I have found thus far: 


  • Huge drop in conversions by the vast majority of clients. ** Overall conversions by companies as a whole are way down from 195.17 to 181.33 this week.
  • My Bella Vita - Neem Medical Spa - Search Lost IS Budget rising for two weeks in a row. 44.13% for Bella Vita and 47.92% for Neem Medical. 
  • Avalon Med Spa - 4 WEEKS IN A ROW WITHOUT A SINGLE CONVERSION. Already reported last week about this. This campaign needs an overhaul quick. Low impressions as well. Steady decline the past few weeks in all areas that matter. 
  • Elite Aesthetics - Low Impressions, no conversions. ** Average position down to 3.8.
More to come when I finish audit.

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector  - did you check Avalon leads funnel. Like click one of their ads, does it go the right landing page, try filling out the form, try the popup, etc.

Chris, I did check their landing pages.. Ads. All seem fine. except for the POP UPS.. I reported 3 weeks ago in the notes - FOR 3 WEEKS that the pop ups are not working. 
I just tried it again - MOBILE - only Subscribe to our Newsletter popup is working. 
I also just tried it again in my Laptop =- PRIVATE MODE.. same thing.. Only the newsletter popup is coming up.. SEE MY NOTES ON THIS FROM PREVIOUS WEEKS!!!

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector What are you looking at that is showing no conversions for Avalon? This is not what I'm seeing.

There is a gigantic issue with the site. The GTM code is missing from the /c/ confirmation page. Meaning I can't track any form submission success events.

Bella Vita is a known issue - conversions were up week/week from 1 to 4

Neem is something I'm working on

Elite Aesthetics really struggles to convert. I'm testing different bid strategies.

Please let me know if that is not where I am supposed to be looking at. 
On Bella Vita, my actual notes say that "4 Conversions this week, up from Zero last week. But Search Lost IS budget up to 44.13%"

I know you are working on these issues. But I am only trying to underline whatever problems I find during my audit.

Do  you mean from the Google Ads  console?
If so, I do each time I go down the line to check each client.  
***  Is there a way t check for CONVERSIONS from the Ads console? We did not cover that during our video conference. 
That way, I can verify the information Kristabel inserts on the sheets. 

Lastly, the Avalon client, it has been 4 weeks in a row without a conversion.. At least according to the stats on the sheet.

I did not get around to audit this company before on our weekly meeting =
Laser & Cosmetic Surgery Specialists- Dr Rubenstein- Your Face MD =  They have 5 out of the last 6 weeks without a conversion. Also very low impressions for 4 weeks in a row.

I believe conversion tracking was broken. I have 6 conversions this month at a $166 CPA.

Shane, thanks for clearing that up. 
Perhaps we have to come up with a better actual conversion tracking system than the one now. That way, the audit sheet will match what you have.
