I never delete GMB locations unless they are duplicates. And even then, I can only mark them permanently closed. I do not delete them. Cannot delete them unless we are primary owners.
Second, some of the accounts that you see we are the only ones with access or marked as owners, that's because I did backdoor requests on them. Once the client does not respond, I then perform a takeover and verify it (with their knowledge).
I reach out to the CSMs or clients and let them know which email they want us to add to their GMB..
