- I shared a doc with you here . The first step is to go into this spreadsheet and collect the best notes Shane has made on all different situations of the reports. When the lead cost goes up, when it goes down, etc. Go through 150 or so monthly reports and try to find the different variations of how he reported on something.

This will probably be a good job for Kristabel. Try to remove specific details that deal with month, a name of the campaign, etc. We are just looking for common responses made on the reports. Try to categorize what they are. That way we can organize them. Do this on "Shanes Canned Responses" tab You can find some of these sent out at the support@medstarmedia.com account or chris@medstarmedia.com - search for the name shane.quast or shane +"monthly google ads report" or "shane" + "Monthly Google Ads and Facebook Reports" once you see all these responses I want you to organize them into the first official tab.

if you get a chance perhaps you can go into column a and list some topics we want to dicuss in all reports like (1. Low impression share = need to raise budget 2. Improved conversions. 3. Decline in coversions. 4. Cost Per click goes up. 5. CPA:Cost Per Lead went down. etc.

Here are some examples. Some are too client specific try to remove specific details so we can use as a template. Example: Instead of "Traffic was much more expensive in May than April. The average cost per click increased 27% month/month" Traffic was much more expensive last month than the previous month. The average cost per click increased X this month.
- Traffic was much more expensive in May than April. The average cost per click increased 27% month/month. This is typically what we’ve seen before when there is a seasonal decline and competitors react by increasing their bids. I’m confident that account performance will remain strong in the long run.
- I’ve been getting some results with the display remarketing campaign. Last month there were 4 leads at an average CPA of $34.54.
Facebook Account Summary:(Spent / Conversions / CPA)$11,352.57 / 349 / $32.53Notes on Facebook:- Leads for emsculpt have been expensive compared to the other services. On average, they are ten times as expensive as the Coolsculpting leads.
- We also may want to consider pausing the BTS campaign. The leads are expensive on average compared to the other campaigns.
- Facebook is continuing to attract a high number of leads, but surprisingly very cost effective leads from Men.
Should I wait for Jonnamae to add whatever information she's going to add to the sheet before I begin doing this?
Or should I begin delving into these Shane Canned responses now and work from there?
Thank you for the heads up.
I will wait until you are done with all of them as Chris instructed so that I can then begin editing them.
Thanks again.
I will go ahead and take a look at it and see what i can do.
can you please send me access to Shane's Canned Responses sheet? Please send to my Playa4thee@gmail.com
As it stands now, I only have VIEW ONLY access.
Thanks
Let me know once you got it.
Good morning.
I have received the invitation and now I have full access to make edits accordingly.
