The FB conversion API on the GHL only works with the below triggers. So I don't think we can do any phone tracking using this API.

When you say we need to track calls better. Do you mean the inbound calls coming from GHL tracking phone number? Is it not recording the calls properly in GHL? Please explain more and I will look into it. Thank you.

Isaac  My hope was that there was a way to pass a conversion event back to Meta Ads when a call is received. But it doesn't sound like that is possible. Is that correct? 

Shane - Yes. That's correct. The FB Conversion API on GHL only works with the above mentioned triggers and not inbound phone calls.

That's frustrating. Back to the drawing board. 

Isaac  - this is only for GHL - can we work on this
