Digital Marketing Ads (Shane)

Questioning about terms + Facebook Account - Etc

Assigned to
Shane Quast, Medstar Shane Q.
Notes
Shane - I was on the phone call with the Nusbaum and his best friend who is helping with the account asked us if we used Google Trends or had an API to come up with all of the different search terms we have built out in the campaign. I was curious as to how to answer that. This guy is pretty sharp and we have non bs convos - he isn't a threat he was just curious to all the terms. Also, is there a way we can run the script so it shows support@medstarmedia.com rather than your name or clickmogul.io

Also, when it comes to the Facebook account it shows my personal name is there anyway we can convert that to look more like an agency.

And in adwords it says my name. I am wondering what we can to as we move forward with more contracts to look more like an agency and not so much like Chris Zelig

Chris Zelig, Medstar Chris Let's break out the conversation for the script running as support@

We can do that. I just need that email address set up, I need access to it, and it has to have a gmail/google account associated with it.

Facebook you're stuck with the personal. This is Facebook overreacting to the election interference, Cambridge Analytica, etc.

For keyword research, I use the following:
  • Google keyword tool
  • spyfu
  • manual research from things like autofill in Google - I also have a script that pulls from autofill in Google/ Amazon, which is more in line with his question about the API.

when we meet this week maybe we can go over a few things with Facebook to make it look more professional.

I'll start moving some things over on Google. FB will be a bit tricky, but we'll discuss.
