I can do the morning one with you. However, 10 AM est is not good for me since that is when I start doing most secret shops. 10:00 AM is when most of our clients open up for business.
11:00 AM works best since 9:00 AM would be too early for you correct?

Vania, I just checked their leadsheet. They listed on there that they only sent you an email on 10/8.

I am noticing that this is how they are treating most of their leads.
Vania, to your question of closing this task, I would not do that yet. We often do a follow up. Also, I generally prepare a small mini report and post it here for Whitney and Chris to review. In some cases, they request the report to be sent to client so I create on in Word and sent to Chris and Whit via email ** We can go over this in another meeting. But also Whitney or Chris may tell you to move on and then you can close it.

when do I do the follow-up? And what does that consist of? A second secret shop?

It all depends on Whitney and Chris. If either of them contacted the client, then we are good here. If they have not, and want to test them again, then we do a follow up. Or if we are not 100% sure that everything is hooked up correctly.. meaning that it is not their fault.

so Whitney spoke to the spa owner about the shop and scheduled a staff meeting about it for today. I think we will do a follow-up shop but in a week or so. Sooooo I'm going to write the mini-report and then mark this as done. whoohooo!
