Now it looks like it is back on per your edits above. Ivonne , how do these types of mis-communications/updates usually get transferred to other departments so I can prevent this in the future?

Can you please clarify- should I forward all content changes to you and Ivonne in the future? Only for SEO clients?  I ask b/c clients have these requests often and I feel I'd end up putting a lot on both your plates.

Nicol Thanks for asking! So the miscommunication happened because you tasked the page to be updated (with the no pricing directive) on the other task to Jonnamae (since she's web developer, she'll only update what you directly tell her). Neither Kamie nor I were informed about the no pricing thing, so we weren't aware of this when we planned the SEO content for the month, which was an update to the Sema-G page. In the future, whenever it's an SEO client and the edit (or note from the client) involves content you can tag Kamie and she can either go in and make the changes herself or task it to Jonnamae (or another web developer), that way she will know that the change took place. If it's not an SEO client, you can tag Jonnamae like you did in the previous task. UNLESS, you know that it involved unique content (then you can tag Kamie). Hope that clarifies it! Ivonne thank you. I'll likely need clarification in the future just b/c there are a lot of "if this then that" clauses for action.  I'll likely be asking, "is that right"? when not 100% sure.
