The two closest competitors we have for this client are Sculpt DTLA and CRMC. None of which are using the https://1.mysculpt.net or https://25.mysculpt.net template. 
We can go with either one. 
Also, on the 1.mysculpt. please update that template since I am not seeing that it has a privacy policy on the home footer. 
Can you add that to it for future references?

The only service I am seeing for them on their overview is Coolsculpting. 
The other pages would be the usual About us, CS before and after and Contact us page. 
I will let Vania or Whitney fill in the rest.
