can we jazz up this homepage a bit? Perhaps moving feautures

also we are adding a qwo section- let vania know how many blurbs you will need

Not sure I like the hero images, any way we could get new images and add text overlay for vania to blurb out?
I think we need new blurbs for other services (slides) as well?

For the Qwo page we have to change the existing hero image blurb because it doesn't make sense. It's added on the doc above. Thanks!
