Basic Contract

We need a simple contract that people will sign without having to talk to their attorney, some still may. Basic enough to protect us. Another reason this is important is the merchant account companies will want to see the agreement people sign and our refund policy. Our refund policy should have a three day full refund and then pro-rated based on the work we have done. I think our current agreement we add to the invoice is something like that. 

Currently, we have been combining our agreement with our invoice. With the agreement we should list the service we will provide and probably invoice separately. Look into tools digital agencies use. We will want something simple the day of the event.

This is really good. Do we need the compensation part in there? As we do not know when their ads will start running? What is the best way to get them to sign this? Any disputes we have will typically happen between the merchant company or a client trying to do a chargeback. So I think any signature service will do.
