When you write "Let them pitch and record" does that mean record the conversation or what transpires?
Alyssa I can handle it if you are not sure how to do so. Vania and I can show you so that way you can do it correctly. 
No need to rush so I rather you are sure about the steps than not.. 
BTW, you will need to use a different number and email than what you have for Medstar... I recommend downloading an app called Text Free... you can use a number they provide you once you sign up. 

Okay great, I agree Hector , thanks for handling these ones. I have fake numbers and emails and names already, I had started two secret shops already. I'll get it scheduled so I'm fully clear on how to complete the process.

I took it to mean that you enter the lead and when they call to follow up with the lead you answer. Then, let them try to sell you on the procedure (make their pitch) and we record it.
