Isaac
The https://navacenter.mysculpt.net/coolsculpting/ page is getting a D on GT metrics. It is loading about 5.2 seconds which is not that great.
Can we look into this to see why it is so slow?

Hector - 5s is fully loaded time.

We need to always check for the onload time on our websites which I can see in your report for this website is pretty good (2.8s)

To make it more clear for you fully loaded time is the total amount of time in which all resources of the website get loaded including third-party scripts, analytics code, popups, etc.

GT Metrix sometimes if we have set a 3s delay in popup settings include that time as well in the fully loaded time calculation.

Onload time is the total amount when the processing of the page is complete and all the resources on the page (images, CSS, etc.) have finished downloading. 

Thanks for breaking that down for me Isaac. 
I wanted to make sure it was good to go. 
So to be clear, what is the highest number or speed time that is allowed or approved?
This way, I will not bring it up when I test the pages or see the results from team on the Weekly reports. 

Hector - Onload time in the report should not be more than 3s-4s. I have marked the onload time in red in the below screenshot.

Ahhh, got it... so the always look for the total ONLOAD TIME....
