This report template is incorrect ( or has changed) from what me and vania teach, alyssa can you remind me what to edit it to and how we can send this to the client with proper suggestions

what do you mean? This is the template that Hector most recently gave me and I have given a few reports with it. If there is another template then I am unaware of it, I have changed the template three times and I am still doing it wrong I guess? I'm not sure how to respond to what you're asking, halp. lol

umm noooo... I don't have a newer template. But I don't use a template for the records call ones I do. I just free-hand write them. What suggestions did you make? Maybe Whitney means the suggestions are outdated and that we need to update the report to match the new front desk guidelines.

We loved the texting and phone calling.
Please schedule a time with us to review setting up automatic email as this is a great way to streamline communication and open the third point of contact with the potential lead. The only email that was received was a personal email from Linda more than six weeks after the lead was submitted.

usually whoever requested the report sends it because they have a particular reason or situation that came up with the client that is part of a larger conversation (so Chris or Whitney). If it's part of a regularly scheduled secret shop Hector sends them. I sometimes send them when Chris asks me to, then I copy him on it. I review them when someone tags me to look them over otherwise I don't get looped in the process. We can definitely decide if they should come from one person moving forward to streamline the process. Up to the team, whatever people think would work best.
