Noticed a few errors.

1) On the confirmation the booking widget from Dr. Chrono has all 3 of their office locations. They need to create a new widget in Dr. Chrono service as they are offering this service only in that location.

2)  Maybe we should update this text on this page so that customers can clearly know that this service is only offered on their SILVER LAKE location.
