Here is their email response to your question "Are the only offering the voluma or the entire juvederm collection?"

We off the entire Juvederm collection:  Juvederm Ilya and ultra plus (1ml and 0.55ml), Juvederm volbella (1ml and 0.55ml),  Juvederm vollure (1ml), and Juvederm voluma (1ml).

We also off Radiesse Which is a calcium based filler, and Beletero which is hyaluronic acid based live the Juvederm collection.  

We also have reversal agents, Vytrase, for the hyaluronic fillers.  

We have an AED on site, oxygen, intubation and other emergency equipment.

Please let me know if this is sufficient for you or if you need anything else.
