Alyssa urgent. this unique content says MI and they are located in CA

Kamie Elizabeth please keep this in mind when editing content. We need to ensure addresses provided are correct. I don't know how we all missed that, granted it was tasked with the incorrect address...I am fixing this now. Luckily the rest of the website is correct. We only have one client in Michigan that we hardly ever do content for...

Alyssa  this was assigned last year and the website I was given back then is no longer active, so did this client change locations? Just wondering what happened there or if there was a reason this address existed at all? Regardless, yes, we always need the correct location information when assigned unique content!

Kamie I know it was assigned last year via Sydney who is no longer with us. I don't see how she mixed up the addresses. This client has always been in California and they are still active, as far as I am aware, but maybe some things need updated and they aren't active. 
 
Even if the content was assigned assumingly correctly, we need to be careful about checking the location- writers & auditors & development. I take accountability that I missed it as well. I am just alerting everyone to be aware. 

Alyssa  yes, definitely!! I just didn't personally know if they had moved or anything to explain the incorrect address. Outside of what I'm told on the unique content order, the only thing I have to go on is the website listed on the account, so in this case the website is incorrect, so we should change that to make sure everyone has the current and correct info. Or is there somewhere all of this listed and I just don't know about it? Thanks so much for all of your help!! 

Kamie the website is not incorrect; only this page was tasked incorrectly. Even the URL mentions California: https://skinrevolutioncalifornia.com/

The website listed on the account should always have the correct address, so it may need to be checked in this case. Thanks for your help as well in being careful!

I will create a video of where you can check. That was their old website, I wonder if it was never redirected, which is typically what Isaac will do. I am still determining where that step was missed. Unless we were not responsible for it, I have to investigate.

Kamie We have a few resources available on the client spreadsheet to cross-reference locations, including Facebook page, Google Business Profile, & URLs (reference & final). I demonstrate this in the video below. Please let me know if you have any questions.

All team members must have a quality control protocol for the most important info (Name, Address, phone number). Mistakes are bound to happen, and unfortunately, everyone missed this one. However, having quality checks will help prevent errors at every step. Let me know if you want my help coming up with something for writers if you don't have something.

Dijah please keep the info in mind that I shared with Kamie in my comment above this for any future projects you write for. Address, phone number, and client name are essential to check for accuracy. Sorry, we didn't catch it before it went live.
