Elizabeth this is a big project and it will be fun. We need to secret shop Skinney competitors. We need to take screenshots and add them to a sheet of all their communication, wait a week to see how many times they reach out and then text back, see how they respond. After a week if if they call you can answer it and make sure it is recorded. You will not use the standard secret shop format this will be more of a Google word doc or google slide where the screenshots and some basic stats of how often they contact you via text, email phone etc. Add all of virsuals to the slide show. Also add the offer you see on the website as well.
