Julian I am going to start working with you, Jonnamae and Kristabel with these images. I am finding too many of them are being uploaded to the sites with generic names. 
Example - Stockphoto 123456 and so on. 
We need to name these photos accordingly to help boost the work Melissa does on content. Also, client can rank for certain keywords on images. 
I hired an SEO guy so he can assist us in this as I am too busy on other things. But I would search the LSI and ALT keywords to use.

Hector , I usually use service name + location or name of the medspa. I don't use stockphoto name specially when its official graphic of the service page.

I did a random audit of BodymorphM, picked a few images, most of them had the Shutterstock names.
See sample below.
Besides, what I am referring to means adding ALT Text and LONG TAIL KEYWORDs as well.

But the Alt Text is not on you though since that has to be added when the images are uploaded. 
That is usually up to Jonnamae or whomever uploads and adds them to the site. When I do the Meta, I will add the ALT Text as well.

Got it...and good idea! Let me look this one over now. BUT I must caution that editing for grammatical errors is not my forte...yet. I will however diligently read them through, with Grammarly as my assistant ;) 

I used grammarly. But it can't catch some errors. Like when I write Cooltone is a body contouring treating. 

Or subtle things like writing then for that or the for then, etc. Basically, if you read through it you'll find something dumb like that.

I can proof read them if you guys want.
Vania , I do not recommend using any type of software when proofreading.
That issue we had with the Always Beautiful client =  Allegan does not provide a body contorting treating. 
would have likely never picked up that error. That's because the sentence is not grammatically incorrect. However, the use of the words contorting treating is. 
Just my humble opinion from past experience. 

Wow, Melissa me and you were responding to this at the same time with the same message.
