Received email from Chris, Sandy to begin submitting their Q2-Q3  Coops for them. Logged into their Coolnet account, checked and saw that she has funds available for this quarter. Created task for Jonnamae to begin creating the Q2 April 1st to July 31st coops. I will submit them once they are ready.

April 1st to July 31st is correct.

Thanks for taking care of this. You know some of these clients are getting mail from Allergan saying they have refunds.. then we do the coops for them and they get rejected for lack of money.. Example Edelman... It is what it is I guess. Thanks.

I just noticed that the report says 4/30/22 to 7/31/22
However, it is supposed to start at April 1st or 4/1/22
Is there a reason you began at 4/30??

After receiving the Q3 2022 Co-ops reports from Jonnamae regarding client - Center for Medical Aesthetics -  for the  (4/1/2022 - 7/31/2022) time period, I began to prepare to submit them for the client. Logged into their Coolnet account, filled out information, media detail, uploaded files, added dates, amounts, submitted for submission. Took screenshot, sent to client for verification, updated spreadsheets, task.  Sent the client a confirmation email with details of their refund, along with a screenshot.

It seems as if Allergan has rejected these coops. They want the time frame to begin
from July 1st to later, not sooner.

Can you please redo these from July 1st to November 30th?

Awesome, thank you JJ for taking care of this so quickly. I have sent the new coops to the client and I am submitting them now.

Went ahead and submitted the new coops, sent email to Sandy and updated our Coops sheets.
