Good morning. 
I  am noticing that many of these secret shops that you are doing, you are not filling out the information on the client's spreadsheet. This is crucial for us to have since it makes it easier to find out which ones were already done and when.
Please make sure that you open the spreadsheet and keep the secret shopper leads test tab up to date. 
I am seeing for this particular shop that you only entered the date and time, LPs. But there is no name, message or what transpired. 
Can you please update when you get a chance? And make sure you enter the info on the future ones you perform?

Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector I have been putting them on the spreadsheet... the message was not applicable for this one. By the very end when I finish the report they are up to date. I'll be sure to double-check though and update as things come in vs at the end of the report, makes sense for you to be able to check on them and have things current vs all at once.

we can just copy and paste the work , correct Hector Mota, Operations Manager at Medstar Hector ? i'v never used the spreadhseet to reference a secret shopper. i don't want to make redundant work for anybody.

On the Sculp'd secret shop there was a lot of info missing which I saw you added after this. There are others I saw yesterday. I will cross check and let you know to see if they have been updated.

It makes it easier because you can tell everything - date of secret shop, how many, what happened, so on just by looking at it.
But if you want to discard using them, then that is fine by me.
